Ukrainian automobile corporation ("UkrAvto") purchased 31.67% Zaporozh'ye auto-building plant (ZAZ)

Company representatives said "as a result the quantity of owners of actions, by which it belongs to 10 and more than the percentages of the voting actions, it increased by 1 face", they said in the letter. "UkrAvto" it purchased 213,211 thousand simple nominal actions, which composes 31,67%, previously redeemed ZAZ for the resale.

As agency reported, during September 2006 ZAZ it decided to redeem in shareholders 31.67% of its actions for the resale, the rating of actions is 900 UAH (1USD = 5.05UAH) each. According to the data of agency on the development of the infrastructure of fund market on December 2006, 22.2% of ZAZ belongs to company "Lankroft Projects Limited" (Great Britain), 21.96% - "Redstone Management Limited" (Great Britain). 2006 ZAZ finished with the net income approximately UAH 70 millions. 2005 ZAZ finished with the net income UAH 37 585 millions, after increasing the net income by 33.1%, or on UAH 1 444.534 mln. in comparison with 2004 to UAH 5 801.241 millions.
